| South Shore Ministries is an outreach program of Spiritual Renewal Ministries to provide furniture and household items, for needy and homeless people when they find a place to live. Through our Operation Fresh Start Program over 20,000 individuals and families have received everything from a single bed to a complete houseful of furniture to set up housekeeping after a period of homelessness from house fires, extended unemployment, or long-term hospitalization and/or rehabilitation due to a serious illness or accident. Thousands more people have been helped through sales of excess donated items in our two thrift stores at prices they can afford. People in need are referred to us by local churches, and private and government social service agencies, including the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services, and American Red Cross. |

| Spiritual Renewal Ministries, including the Counseling, Overcomers Fellowship Program, Seminars, Workshops, Retreats,and the Operation Fresh Start outreach program are supported by the revenue received through the thrift stores, and by private donations from people who recognize the importance of, and the tremendous need for this kind of ministry. We are a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt, non-profit organization.
